- Read and advise you on the legalities of a Contract to purchase a property;
- Organise and attend to exchange of Contracts where required;

- Liaise with your bank, mortgage broker, real estate agent and the other party’s Conveyancer/Lawyer;
- Organise all the financial information required for settlement, including ensuring that settlement funds are available or mortgages are repaid and excess funds are transferred to your account.
