Conveyancing is the legal side of buying or selling property.
A Conveyancer prepares a contract for sale so you can put your property on the market, and a Conveyancer reads and gives advice on a contract for sale if you are interested in buying a particular property.
A Conveyancer will liaise with your Lender, your Agent, and the other party’s Conveyancer.
They will arrange the relevant reports and enquiries and arrange for the Lender to be ready for settlement.
A Conveyancer will attend settlement and ensure the money required for settlement is available and /or the loan to the bank is repaid and the excess deposited into your account.
